Student Events
We understand that in order to build the behavioral health and social services workforce in the Dayton area, we need to focus on the students who are preparing to join us in these fields.

We work with local universities to connect with their students and provide information to them about the positions they will be eligible for when they graduate. Academic programs we have worked with currently include graduate counseling & social work programs, and undergraduate psychology & social work programs.

Our goal is to bridge the gap from academia to the workforce, network with the next generation of behavioral health and social service professionals, and answer any questions we can to help them feel prepared to join the workforce.
In-Person University Presentations
Representatives from each of our agencies partner with university programs to come together in-person at the universities to provide information to students and answer questions about entering the workforce
Virtual University Presentations
Representatives from each of our agencies come together via virtual meeting platform, partnering with university programs to provide information to students and answer questions about entering the workforce
Hiring & Networking Events
These community events are a collaborative effort with multiple hiring agencies and university partners/programs to encourage students to network with future employers and each other, while learning about the opportunities available to them following graduation
